AGOT's 2010 European champion, Andrea Gualdoni (AKA Gualdo) chose me to illustrate his champion card.
Thanks to him I got to paint my very first lady for A Game of Thrones, and what a one! Meera is smart, determined and resourceful, a fascinating character I hope I did justice to.

Gualdo himself appears here as the model for Brandon Stark's statue.
